Fall 2021

This is a 15,000 square foot office and retail space designed for the 2021 Steelcase NEXT Student Design Competition. Steelcase provided a base floorplan a list of requirements.

THE HEX - GRAPHIC DESIGN OFFICE

Spring 2021

The old music recording studio called Cherokee Studios, located in Hollywood, California, is transforming into a graphic design firm. The graphic design firm also focuses their work on the music and film industries so the main inspiration for this project is based off of an album cover. The client would like an open and collaborate work environment that sparks creativity. The building is also LEED Platinum certified so continuing the sustainability mindset throughout the interior of the space without adjusting the exterior architecture is important, too.
